Seid ihr auch für unsere fünfte lange Wanderung bereit?
Bitte lest die folgenden Punkte sorgfältig :
– Die fünfte lange Wanderung findet im Pöhlde-Niedersachsen statt.
– Die Wanderung dauert 7 Tage und ist in zwei Teile unterteilt. Ihr könnt an der gesamten Wanderung oder an einem Teil der Wanderung teilnehmen:
1. Der erste Teil ist vom 6. bis 9. August, und der zweite Teil ist vom 9.-12. August. Wir treffen uns am Samstag, 6. August 2022, um 17 Uhr unter der folgenden Adresse:
Oderstraße 1, 37412 Herzberg am Harz
Die Unterbringung in der gesamten Zeit erfolgt in einem Campingplatz, daher ist ein Zelt sehr notwendig.
– Weitere Details zum Wanderplan werden in Kürze bekannt gegeben.
Bitte führt ihr folgenden Schritte aus, um ihr euch anzumelden:
• Bitte füllt das folgende Formular aus:
• Eine Anmeldebestätigungsemail wird innerhalb fünf Tagen ab dem Anmelden an euch geschickt. Diese E-Mail enthält eine Anmeldebestätigung und die erforderlichen Informationen zur Zahlung der Gebühren.
• Überweist ihr bitte die Gebühr auf das in der E-Mail genannte Konto innerhalb der genannten Frist.
-Die Teilnahmegebühr für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 135 Euro für Nichtmitglieder, und 130 Euro für die Mitglieder des Vereins.
•Die Teilnahmegebühr für einen Teil beträgt 70 Euro für Nichtmitglieder, und 65 Euro für die Mitglieder des Vereins.
•Kinder im Alter von 8-15 Jahren bezahlen nur 50% der Teilnahmegebühr.
•Kinder unter 8 Jahren kostenlos.
•Bei einer Abmeldung vor dem 24. Juli erstatten wir 50% der Teilnahmegebühr zurück.
-Die Anmeldung fängt am Samstag, den 09 Juli an, und sie wird dann beendet, sobald die Teilnehmerzahl erreicht wurde.

Ready for the fifth long hike of our team ?!
Please read the following details carefully:
– The fifth long hike takes place in Pöhlde-Niedersachsen.
– The duration of the hike is 7 days divided into two parts. You can participate at the whole hike or in one part of it:
1. The first part is from August 6th-9th, and the second part is from August 9th-12nd. gathering on Saturday 6. August 2022, at 5 pm on the following address:

-Accommodation during the hike will be in a camping site, therefore the tent is very necessary.
-More details about the hike’s plan will be posted soon.
To register, please follow the steps below:
• Please fill out the following form:
• you should receive a confirmation Email within five days after submitting the form. This email will contain your registration’s confirmation and the required information you will need to pay the hike’s fee.
• Transfer the fee to the account mentioned in the email within the stated period of time.
-The participation fee for the hike is 135 euros for non-members and 130 euros for members of the association.
• The participation fee for one period is 70 euros for non-members and 65 euros for members of the association.
• Children aged 8-15 years pay only 50% of the participation fee.
• Children under 8 years for free.
• If you cancel before July 24th, we will refund 50% of the participation fee.

تحويل رسم التسجيل إلى رقم الحساب الموجود في رسالة تأكيد التسجيل خلال المدة المحددة في الرسالة وانتظار رسالة تأكيد الدفع خلال مدة أسبوع-
رسم الإشتراك لكامل المدة 135 يورو لغير الأعضاء بالجمعية، و130 للأعضاء-
