We are thrilled to invite you to our First Hike of 2026. We are combining this exciting adventure with our important Annual General Assembly.

When:
Friday, 03.04.2026 (from 5 PM) – Monday, 06.04.2026 (until 10 AM) 

Where:
Jugendtagungshaus Thomas Morus

Address:
Tannenweg 2, 89358 Ettenbeuren

Capacity:
We have secured 40 beds. While some extra spots will be offered, space is limited.
Note: Non-members are very welcome to join the event, but priority registration will be given to members.

The Program: We have planned a long weekend full of movement and connection:

• Friday: Arrival and Welcome Evening.
• Saturday: A long hike (14 km) through nature.
• Sunday: A short hike, followed by the General Assembly, and then a Party.

The General Assembly: This is your moment to shape the club. We will:

1. Discuss our activities for 2026.
2. Discuss general administrative manners.
3. Hold Board Elections.

Shape the Future – Run for the Board! We strongly encourage everybody to become a candidate in the election. Our Verein thrives on your unique perspectives and energy. With each one of you stepping up, we are truly bringing this beautiful space Forwards. Don’t hesitate, your leadership can help us grow stronger together!

Voting & Election Rules:

• Voting will be possible both online and in person.
• A minimum of 1 year of membership is required for voting for the elections
• A minimum of 1 year of membership and participation in at least 3 hikes are required for being nominated for the board.
• Links for the elections and current candidates will be sent to active members two weeks prior to the event. 

Participation fees:

• 105 € including accommodation & food.
• Children aged 8-15 years pay only 50% of the participation fee.
• Children under 8 years old for free.

• Waiting to receive an email within a week to confirm your registration.
• If you didn’t receive any confirmation email within one week, please check you E-Mail’s Spam folder and reach out to us.
• Transfer the fees to the Bank account which is written in the confirmation.
