We are glad to invite you to our next long hike in Summer. It will be in Bregenz forest in Austria, exactly in Au-Schoppernau on the Alps. Our program includes a hike in the Alps, Parties, Workshops, and different activities.

●        Dates:

o  Full duration:
From Saturday 17.08. @ 17:00 to Saturday 24.08. @ 10:00.

o  First half:
Saturday 17.08. @ 14:00 to Tuesday evening 20.08.2024 @ 17:00.

o  Second half:
Tuesday evening 20.08.2024 @ 17:00 to Saturday 24.08. @ 10:00.

o  The detailed program will be published in the coming weeks.

●      Transportation:

▪          Arriving to Bregenz:

o  FlixBus offers numerous daily journeys from München ZOB to Bregenz.

o   DB offers daily Direct Trains from Berlin, Munich and Stuttgart to Bregenz.

▪          Arriving to the accommodation site:

o   From Bregenz, there are multiple buses that travel in the direction of Au-Schoppernau, You have mainly to take Bus 830 to change in Beau Busbahnhof to Bus 850.

o   The closest bus station to the accommodation venue is Au in Vlbg Lugen, it’s 450 m about 6 minutes walk from our accommodation venue

●      Accommodation:

o  We will stay in a lovely and nice hostel for groups.

o  Sleeping will be on beds in furnished rooms. Please make sure to bring your own bedsheets, pillowcases and covers.

●      Registration fees:

o  Full duration: 180 € for non-members, 150 € for members

o  Half duration: 100 € for non-members, 85 € for members

o  Children aged 8-15 years pay only 50% of the participation fee. 

o  Children under 8 years for free

o  If you cancel before 02.08.2024, you get 50% of the fees back. 

o  The fees include the food and the stay.

●      Registration steps:

o  Waiting to receive an email within one week to confirm your registration.

o  Transfer the fees to the bank account which is written in the confirmation mail within the period specified in the confirmation.

●      Important note:

o   ## We reached the maximum number of participants, register to put your name on the waiting list. We will contact you within the next two weeks once we have free places. ##

o   Registration is personal, and it is not allowed to register for more than one person with the same email address.

o   The registration starts immediately, and it will be closed when we reach our limited participants number.
