We’re glad to invite you to a relaxed summer weekend in nature — planned especially for everyone who couldn’t join us on the big hike in August. It’s a real dive into outdoor life: camping under the trees, good company, and time to unwind.

● Dates:
From Friday 24.07.2026 to Sunday 26.07.2026.

● Place:
Jugendzeltplatz Altlechtern (youth campsite).

● Getting there:

• Closest train station: Fürth (Odenw.)
• Nearest bus stop: Fürth, Kinderheim

● Accommodation:
This is real outdoor camping — we sleep in tents on the campsite. Please bring your own tent and gear (see the packing list below).

● Participation fee:
25 € for the whole weekend, covering the stay, insurance and services. Food is not included — but we’ll handle transport to and from the nearest grocery stores.

● What to bring (essential):
Insurance card · power bank · lights/torch · water containers & large bottles · personal water bottle · personal items · waterproof tent · sleeping bag · insulating sleeping mat · warm clothes · rain jacket · picnic rug.

Optional: grilling gear (fire pits are available on site) · tea pot · entertainment (playing cards, instruments, shisha) · Swiss knife.

● Registration steps:

• Fill out the registration form: https://forms.gle/rZkN2cyBNALoPLQE9
• Wait for a confirmation email within one week.
• If you don’t receive it within a week, please check your Spam folder and reach out to us.
• Transfer the fee to the bank account stated in the confirmation email, within the period specified there.

● Important note:

• Priority is given to members of our nonprofit.
• Registration is personal — you can’t register more than one person with the same email address.
• The campsite does not contain any rooms or a kitchen, so you must rely on grilling and canned goods throughout the camping period.

منحب ندعيكم لعطلة نهاية أسبوع صيفية بقلب الطبيعة، نظّمناها خصيصاً لكل الرفاق يلي ما قدروا يكونوا معنا بالمسير الطويل بشهر آب. تجربة حقيقية بالحياة البرية: تخييم تحت الأشجار، رفقة حلوة، ووقت للراحة.

● التاريخ:
من يوم الجمعة 24.07.2026 إلى يوم الأحد 26.07.2026.

● المكان:
Jugendzeltplatz Altlechtern (مخيّم شبابي).

● كيفية الوصول:

• أقرب محطة قطار: Fürth (Odenw.)

• أقرب محطة باص: Fürth, Kinderheim

● الإقامة:
هي تجربة تخييم حقيقية بالطبيعة — رح ننام بالخيم على أرض المخيّم. الرجاء إحضار خيمتك ومستلزماتك (شوف قائمة الأغراض تحت).

● رسم الاشتراك:
25 يورو لكامل العطلة، بيشمل الإقامة والتأمين والخدمات. الأكل مو متضمّن — بس رح نأمّن المواصلات من وإلى أقرب محلات التموين.

● شو لازم تجيب (أساسي):
البطاقة الصحية (التأمين) · باور بانك · إضاءة/كشاف · عبوات وقنينات مي كبيرة · قنينة مي شخصية · أغراضك الشخصية · خيمة مقاومة للمطر · كيس نوم · فرشة عازلة · تياب دافية · جاكيت مطر · بساط للجلسات.

اختياري: أدوات شوي (في أماكن نار بالموقع) · إبريق شاي · أدوات تسلية (ورق لعب، آلات موسيقية، أراجيل) · سكين سويسري.

● خطوات التسجيل:

• تعبئة استمارة التسجيل: https://forms.gle/rZkN2cyBNALoPLQE9

• انتظار رسالة تأكيد خلال أسبوع.

• إذا ما وصلتك الرسالة خلال أسبوع، تأكد من بريد الـ Spam وتواصل معنا.

• تحويل الرسوم للحساب البنكي المذكور برسالة التأكيد ضمن المدة المحددة فيها.

● ملاحظة مهمة:

• الأولوية بالتسجيل لأعضاء الجمعية.

• التسجيل شخصي، ولا يمكن التسجيل لأكثر من شخص بنفس الإيميل.

• مكان التخييم لا يحتوي على أي غرف أو مطبخ, لذلك يجب الإعتماد على الشوي والمعلبات طيلة فترة التخييم.
